Firefighters Equipment of New York, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:

You must contact return@ffeny1.com for prior authorization on any return or exchange.
All returns & exchanges are handled on a "case by case" basis and require prior authorization.

Any product that has been used or installed in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All returns or exchanges must be within 10 days upon receipt and must be returned in the exact condition it was shipped to you.
Any item that is accepted for return will be charged a 25% restocking fee less shipping and handling. 
Any item received as damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt or we will not cover any damage. 
Any item shipped back without an authorization slip enclosed in box will be held 7 business days then disposed of. 
Once an order is placed, and the credit card charged, check or money order deposited, their will be a $25.00 charge to cancel the order. 
Exchanges within the 10 day return period will not be charged any fees unless the item is a special order.
All special order items are NOT BE RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGABLE.
